Strong Luster
1919-D 25C MS64 NGC. Silver-white overall with only
localized softness on Liberty's head and the bottom of her shield.
Occasional hints of pink-gold visit the pebbled reverse fields. The
1919-D quarter has a mintage of fewer than 2 million pieces and is
a scarce and underrated date in near-Gem and finer
