Description

1919-D Quarter Dollar, MS65
Brilliant and Lustrous

1919-D 25C MS65 NGC. This lustrous Gem is exceptionally well struck for the semikey 1919-D, though a trifle shy of fully struck on the reed-and-bead around the border and on Liberty's temple. The coin is mostly brilliant with a hint of delicate champagne, and only the faintest of contact is discernible on the ridge of Liberty's leg. NGC Census: 31 in 65 (1 in 65+), 23 finer (12/25).(Registry values: N1793)
