Description
Pretty Gem 1919-D Standing Liberty Quarter
1919-D 25C MS65 PCGS. The satiny silver-gray surfaces are awash with potent luster on this pretty Gem example, which shows not the slightest trace of color. While the head is short of full--as indeed almost all examples of this issue are--the strike is well detailed save for a couple of shield rivets. Certified in a green-label holder. Population: 40 in 65, 23 finer (12/08).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 243C, PCGS# 5730, GSID# 5577)
