Description

1919-S Quarter, Well-Struck MS64

1919-S 25C MS64 PCGS. Liberty's head and the shield rivets display much sharper detail than typical for the 1919-S, even if not complete. The satiny surfaces are free of distracting abrasions and display warm golden toning. Both sides are heavily clashed with the expected die striae from the Mint's efforts to efface the worst of the damage. Population: 51 in 64, 50 finer (9/15).(Registry values: N1793)
