Description

1919-S Standing Liberty Quarter, MS65
All-Brilliant and Strongly Defined

1919-S 25C MS65 PCGS. Ex: Michael F. Hayes. This blazing Gem is from the Michael F. Hayes Registry Set, currently ranked sixth all-time behind the Louis Eliasberg set. The "owner's comments" section notes: "Extremely strong strike for the date." The faintest trace of softness on the upper obverse is all that prevents a Full Head designation. Both sides are remarkably preserved and entirely untoned. An excellent representative in all respects. Population: 38 in 65 (1 in 65+), 12 finer (2/15).
