Description
Premium Gem 1920 Quarter With Full Head
Popular Type Issue
1920 25C MS66 Full Head NGC. With the highest mintage of the
series (almost 28 million pieces) the 1920 Standing Liberty quarter
is an available date and a popular type coin. Full Head specimens
are available, but not as common as the huge mintage would suggest.
At the Premium Gem level, Full Head examples are rare. The present
coin is sharply detailed, with clear separation of the hair from
the face. The surfaces are pristine, with strong satiny luster.
