Description
1920 25C MS66 PCGS. CAC. Bold maroon, navy, and orange-gold peripheral toning surrounds lighter rainbow hues in the margins, with frosty, brilliant centers. The design elements are sharply struck, with notable definition seen on the shield lines and rivets, the chain mail, the date numerals, and the eagle's feathers. Liberty's head is nearly full, with just a touch of weakness noted at the temple. A stunning Premium Gem representative. Population: 63 in 66 (5 in 66+), 6 finer (3/14).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 243E, PCGS# 5734, GSID# 5543)
