1921 25C MS63 PCGS. CAC. The 1921 has the lowest mintage of any Philadelphia issue of the series, aside from the rare 1916. This lustrous Select quarter is cream-gray with glimpses of autumn-gold near the rims. The peripheral strike is incomplete, but the surfaces are smooth aside from a thin line beneath the left (facing) arm.(Registry values: N991)
