Description

Low-Mintage 1921 Quarter, MS64

1921 25C MS64 NGC. Similar to the half dollar and dime issues of the date, the 1921 quarter has a low mintage and is a semikey within the series. Production of 1921-dated minor silver denominations essentially ended when the Treasury decided to coin silver dollars to satisfy terms of the Pittman Act. This lustrous example has faint tan toning and a few wispy grazes on the reverse field.
