Nearly Full Head Details
1921 25C MS64 PCGS. The leaves of the wreath on the head are
merged, but all other details are full. This is a sensational
near-Gem specimen with brilliant satin luster and mostly untoned
surfaces, save for wispy gold toning. The 1921 is a key issue in
