1921 Quarter, Well-Struck Gem
1921 25C MS65 PCGS Secure. The 1921, with a low mintage of little more than 1.9 million pieces, is a celebrated key date in the Standing Liberty quarter series and is highly sought-after in all grades, with and without Full Head detail. This Gem representative is just a touch soft on Liberty's head, though the shield, date, and eagle's feathers are boldly defined. Satiny luster illuminates well-preserved surfaces, while light golden toning, growing deeper toward the borders, graces each side. PCGS has certified 23 numerically finer non-Full Head coins (6/14).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 243H, PCGS# 5740, GSID# 5545)
