exhibits sharp definition on all design elements, including the
all-important head of Liberty. Despite a large mintage, the 1923
Standing Liberty quarter is seldom encountered with Full Head
details at or above the Gem grade level. The present coin displays
vibrant mint luster, with mostly brilliant surfaces, and just a
touch of gold toning in isolated areas. Population: 51 in 65 Full
