Description
1923-S 25C AU55 PCGS. The 1923-S and 1929-D have nearly identical mintages, but the former is much rarer. Presumably, rolls of the '29-D were saved, while there were fewer West Coast collectors. The present cream-gray Choice AU example has smooth surfaces and substantial luster.(Registry values: N991)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 243K, PCGS# 5744, GSID# 5585)
