1923-S 25C MS63 PCGS. San Francisco Mint personnel
accomplished a mintage of 1.3 million Standing Liberty quarters in
1923. That relatively small production explains the enduring
popularity of the 1923-S as a series semikey. This brilliant Select
quarter is strongly struck with softness limited to Liberty's head.
Frosty luster throughout and clean for the grade. Encapsulated in a
