Boldly Lustrous and Virtually Pristine
1923-S 25C MS66 PCGS. CAC. Even without the Full Head
designation, the present Premium Gem 1923-S quarter is a remarkable
condition rarity at this level of preservation. The average
certified survivor is only Choice XF or thereabouts. Bold cartwheel
luster radiates from gleaming silver-white surfaces that show
little trace of color. Contact marks are scattered and minor, but
the eye appeal is major. Population: 24 in 66, 5 finer
