Exceptional Frosty Luster
1923-S 25C MS66 PCGS. CAC. Frosty, luminous mint luster on
this Premium Gem dazzles the eye under magnification, a welcome
characteristic over the usual satiny or even dull luster that this
issue often has. Liberty's head is incomplete in the vicinity of
the ear but is otherwise sharp. Liberty's toes are full, and the
shield rivets exhibit partial definition. Seldom offered this fine
with a CAC green label. Population: 39 in 66 (2 in 66+), 7 finer.
