Description
1924 25C MS67 PCGS. The 1924 is fairly plentiful overall, but it is underrated at the Superb Gem grade level. This piece shows above-average sharpness on the shield and date, and Liberty's head is just a trifle weak at the temple. The surfaces are light golden in color and the obverse shows the rusted-die luster for which this issue is well-known. Population: 12 in 67 (1 in 67+), 2 finer (5/15).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 243L, PCGS# 5746, GSID# 5549)
