Description
1925 Quarter, MS66 Full Head
Exceptionally Clean and High Quality
1925 25C MS66 Full Head NGC. The 1925 Standing Liberty
quarter is a slightly underrated coin in Premium Gem and finer Full
Head grades, being seen less often than the certified population
reports would suggest is possible. The present example is a lovely
coin, showing well above-average design definition, particularly on
the head, shield, and stars. Pale golden-gray toning yields tinges
of lavender and amber on each side, while satiny underlying luster
is essentially undisturbed. The ridge of Liberty's leg is notably
pristine. Census: 55 in 66 (8 in 66+) Full Head, 18 finer
(11/24).Ex: PNG Invitational (Heritage, 2/2015), lot 3678.(Registry values: N1793)
