Description
1925 25C MS66 Full Head PCGS. The 1925 quarter dollar is not particularly rare overall, but series specialists often spend years searching for a high-end Full Head coin that is "just right," since satiny luster and uneven strikes often lend to unimpressive eye appeal even in high grades. This Premium Gem is sharp on the head, shield rivets, and toes, and the luster is slightly more luminous than usual. A dusting of champagne-gold toning is deepest on the obverse. Population: 88 in 66 (4 in 66+) Full Head, 14 finer (9/18).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 243P, PCGS# 5753, GSID# 5552)
