Description
1927-D Quarter, MS65 Full Head
Rarely Found Finer
1927-D 25C MS65 Full Head PCGS. The 1927-D is an underrated
issue in Gem Full Head. This piece is satiny and brilliant, showing
bold head sharpness and well-preserved surfaces. The shield rivets
are weak as always, and Liberty's toes are similarly soft -- a
nearly unavoidable characteristic among 1927-D coins that are well
struck at the head. Finer Full Head examples of this issue are
rare.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 243V, PCGS# 5763, GSID# 5596)
