Low-Mintage 1927-S Gem Quarter
1927-S 25C MS65 PCGS. The low-mintage 1927-S is one of the most challenging regular issue coins in the Standing Liberty quarter series, especially in the better Mint State grades. Soft champagne toning shows whispers of cobalt-blue and purple, and both sides exhibit pleasing luster and are well struck. Close inspection reveals no mentionable marks.
