1927-S Quarter, Radiant Gem
A Premier Key in the Series

1927-S 25C MS65 PCGS. The 1927-S is one of the premier issues in the Standing Liberty quarter series with only 396,000 pieces struck. Full Head examples are virtually unobtainable, particularly in upper Mint State grades, placing added demand on non-Full Head pieces like this, which are still scarce in their own right. This Gem is brilliant with vibrant frosty luster throughout. Liberty's head, shield, and rivets 2 and 3 are typically struck, as is the eagle's breast, but the rest of the coin is relatively well-detailed. Most importantly, this Gem is beautifully preserved and eye-appealing. Upgrading would require significant patience and resources.(Registry values: N4719)
