Description
Nearly Full Head Gem Mint State 1927-S Standing Liberty Quarter
1927-S 25C MS65 PCGS. This coin is very well struck for this date, with about 90 percent of the head showing. Frosty mint luster in the fields and toned with a light wash of gold over the surfaces. Darker toning is found on the reverse, typical of this issue. A great collector coin that is well worth a premium for the nearly full strike. One of the key dates to the series and always in strong demand. Population: 40 in 65, 30 finer (12/04).(#5764) (Registry values: N4719)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 243W, PCGS# 5764, GSID# 5597)
