    Description

    Almost Uncirculated 1927-S Quarter

1927-S 25C --Reverse Scratched--ANACS. AU Details, Net AU50. The 1927-S is the key regular issue in the series and has the second lowest mintage (next to the 1916) with only 396,000 pieces produced. Brilliant throughout and well struck for a coin that has seen ten points of wear. In the right reverse field there are a couple of shallow scratches that detract somewhat.
    From the Ronald Bozarth Collection.
