1928 25C MS65 Full Head PCGS. The 1928 Standing Liberty quarter had a mintage exceeding 6 million coins, and today examples can be found up to the MS66 Full Head category for a price. This Gem Full Head coin offers golden-gray, highly lustrous surfaces accented with ice-blue, and there are no singular abrasions. All but one of the shield rivets are visible.
