Radiant MS66 Full Head 1928 Quarter
1928 25C MS66 Full Head PCGS. CAC. Aside from glimpses of peripheral golden color, this Full Head Premium Gem is otherwise light silver-gray. The strike is boldly executed and the luster is gorgeous. The change to the Recessed Date design aided the later Standing Liberty quarter issues' availability in lower grades, but better Mint State coins are still elusive.
