1928 25C MS66 Full Head PCGS Secure. Golden-tan and powder-blue patina drapes this strongly defined Premium Gem quarter. Liberty's head, shield, and chainmail, as well as the date digits are bold. The eagle's breast is the only point of real softness, and clash marks appear below the neck.
