An Important Condition Rarity
1928 25C MS67 Full Head PCGS Secure. CAC. While the 1928 is
among the most common and available issues in the series, Superb
Gems with Full Heads, such as the specimen in the present lot, are
prohibitively rare. Just a wisp of soft rainbow color clings to the
obverse margin of this radiantly lustrous piece. Both sides are
immaculately preserved. A couple of light die cracks are visible at
the left obverse border. Population: 4 in 67 Full Head, 0 finer
