Lustrous, Mark-Free Surfaces

1928-D 25C MS67 PCGS. CAC. A lovely, highly lustrous Superb Gem with virtually mark-free surfaces. Touches of golden patina near the margins enhance the splendid eye appeal of the piece. Few examples of this Denver mint issue have survived in such a magnificent state of preservation. More than 1.6 million were originally produced, but only 14 of those coins have been graded at MS67 by the two major services combined, and none are currently known any finer as of (1/14).(Registry values: N2998)
