1929-D Quarter, MS65 Full Head
Exceptionally Clean Surfaces
1929-D 25C MS65 Full Head PCGS. CAC. This coin is a find for
the astute Standing Liberty quarter collector. One of the gripes of
acquiring coins in MS65 is that they can and often do have more
than a few small abrasions, which detracts from the eye appeal.
This coin is remarkably clean, showing frosty, unabraded luster
across each side. A hint of champagne toning warms the luminous
surfaces, adding to the eye appeal. Two small ebony toning spots
along the upper obverse border serve as pedigree markers.
Population: 56 in 65 (2 in 65+) Full Head, 24 finer. CAC: 13 in 65,
