1930 25C MS67+ Full Head NGC. Wisps of pale gold toning
appear on the brilliant and pristine surfaces that exhibit frosty
mint luster. In addition to its full head details, this piece has
nearly complete shield definition, missing only couple rivets on
the obverse. This example is tied for the finest that NGC has
