Description
1930 Standing Liberty Quarter
Phenomenal MS67 Full Head Example
1930 25C MS67 Full Head NGC. The 1930 has long considered
the ultimate type coin for the series in terms of availability and
number of coins in Gem and better grades. That being said, for a
"common" coin there are few Superb examples known. Each of the
grading services has graded 30 such pieces and none are known finer
(2/10). This example has bright, swirling mint frost and each side
shows just a hint of even, pale golden toning. As expected from
such a high-grade piece, there are no obvious (or not-so-obvious)
abrasions present.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2445, PCGS# 5779, GSID# 5562)
