    Description

    1923-S Quarter, MS64 Full Head
    Important San Francisco Semikey

1923-S 25C MS64 Full Head PCGS. This satiny near-Gem displays impressively sharp details on both sides, most notable on the date numerals and the leading edge of the eagle's left (facing) wing, both areas that typically show localized softness. Liberty's head detail is sharp enough to earn an FH designation from PCGS, although it is slightly incomplete in the vicinity of the ear. The shield rivets are boldly rendered. Luster is satiny with light golden toning. Neither side exhibits mentionable abrasions.(Registry values: N1793)
