Gustav II Adolf Klippe Öre 1626 XF45 NGC, Arboga mint, KM114, SM-129 (XR). A truly exceptional example of this extremely rare klippe issue, with light and even circulation wear over toned surfaces peppered with tiny annealing flaws, typical of the type. These pieces were minted for only two years in Arboga from 1626-1627 in the midst of the Polish-Swedish War of 1625-1629, the 1626-dated examples being significantly more rare than the pieces dated 1627. A true prize destined for a cabinet of the finest of Swedish rarities.Metal: Copper
