1852 $10 Wass Molitor Ten Dollar, Large Head, Wide Date XF40
PCGS. K-4, R.5. Ex: S.S. Central America. SSCA 7264. The
K-4 1852 Wass Molitor ten dollar is a rare coin regardless of
condition -- or circumstance. This orange-influenced yellow-gold
example clearly saw use in California and likely was carried by a
passenger on the ill-fated Central America voyage. A
distinctive time-capsule window into the economy of 1850s
