    1855 $50 Kellogg & Co. Fifty Dollar Restrike Gem Proof PCGS. Struck from transfer dies made from the original 1855 Kellogg fifty dollar dies, which have survived and are currently owned by Don Kagin. Minted on September 7, 2001, and one of 223 proofs struck on that date. This restrike contains nearly two and a half ounces of gold, derived from Kellogg & Humbert SSCA ingots.
