Description
Baldwin & Co. $10 'Restrike' Deep Cameo Proof PCGS. This interesting relic medal was struck by the Royal Canadian Mint from gold alloy taken from a Justh & Hunter ingot, which in turn was recovered from the treasure ship S.S. Central America. Dated 1857/0, the 1850 was the date of the genuine Baldwin "Horseman" ten, and 1857 was the year of the SSCA shipwreck. Fully struck and essentially perfect.
