Eagle. The cluster of wreath leaves appears below the M in S.M.V.
The die variety does not match any photos in the Don Kagin standard
reference, but the die breaks match those listed under variety
K-7a, Die Break (b). Central devices show crude definition, while
the stars and legends are strong. Wear is minor, and substantial
