1866 3CN MS66 PCGS. CAC. The design elements of this
spectacular Premium Gem were strongly impressed, but the ribbon bow
shows incomplete detail due to excessive die polishing. The
well-preserved surfaces show interesting clash marks and die breaks
but no mentionable signs of contact. Population: 25 in 66 (2 in
