1868 3CN MS66 PCGS. More than 3.2 million pieces were struck of this early issue, but relatively few were set aside in lofty grades such as this. The present example has radiant luster and light tan patina which assumes a somewhat streaked appearance. The design elements are exquisitely struck, and the surfaces are devoid of mentionable marks.
