1869 3CN MS66 PCGS. Powder-blue and sun-gold endow this satiny and mark-free Premium Gem. The strike is bold aside from slight softness on the ribs of the first Roman column. Neither grading service has certified any finer. Unlike silver denominations, the three cent nickel circulated readily in 1869.
