1871 3CN MS66 PCGS. CAC. This is a beautifully preserved Premium Gem example of this conditionally scarce three cent nickel issue, showing a bold strike and warm golden toning. The obverse is heavily die clashed, with parallel die striae in the fields from the lapping processes.
