1873 3CN Open 3 MS64 PCGS. CAC. A lustrous slate-gray near-Gem that appears devoid of contact, although the reverse border displays pinpoint flecks and the obverse has a pair of unobtrusive mint-made strike-throughs. The Open 3 1873 is the only three cent nickel issue unavailable in proof format.
