Conditionally Rare
1879 3CN MS67+ NGC. An impressive Premium Gem, this three
cent issue is normally found in proof, and Mint State survivors
seldom encountered, particularly in high grade. This piece has
reflective light gray fields with lustrous devices and delicate
champagne toning. Census: 7 in 67 (2 in 67+, 1 in 67★ ), 0
