Description

PCGS 1880 MS 66. A scarce and desirable year for this business strike. The popularity of this odd coin was waning and Philadelphia ordered only about 20,000 pieces struck. This piece exhibits deep, satiny luster over untoned surfaces. The strike is razor sharp on both sides with nearly full denticulation. Worth considerably more than MS 65 Trends, $800.
