1881 Three Cent Nickel, MS64
The Usual Late Series Issue
1881 3CN MS64 PCGS. Circulation strike three cent nickel
coins can be divided into two groups: the high-mintage dates from
1865 through 1874, and the low-mintage dates from 1875 through
1889. The exception to that second group is the 1881 issue with a
mintage slightly more than 1 million coins. This Choice Mint State
example has brilliant and highly lustrous light gray surfaces with
