1883 3CN MS62 PCGS. This business strike issue had a meager mintage of 4,000 pieces, several thousand coins fewer than the proof mintage of the same date! Only a few dozen pieces have been rated in mint condition by PCGS and NGC combined. This example is well-struck, with light olive-gray coloration and blemish-free surfaces. Only somewhat subdued luster may have limited the grade of this otherwise impressive coin.
