1885 3CN MS63 PCGS. Only 1,000 three cent nickels were struck for circulation in 1885, marking the lowest mintage in the series. Surviving examples of the date are scarce in all grades. This Select representative displays satiny luster and a sharp strike. Uniform olive-gold toning covers each side, masking a few light abrasions that determine the grade.
