Description
MS67 1888 Three Cent Nickel
Elusive as a Business Strike
1888 3CN MS67 PCGS. As the three cent nickel series wound to
a close, mintages dwindled to low levels. This issue, for example,
is from a mintage of just 41,083 coins, a production that includes

the market. When numerically high quality examples do become
available, they are usually proofs. Sharply struck with iridescent
green-gold and lilac toning. Population: 32 in 67, 1 finer
