1851 3CS MS66 NGC. Satiny luster radiates from the white surfaces of this carefully preserved piece. A couple of light grazes in the fields are nearly imperceptible, and a few specks of russet on the reverse are the only signs of toning throughout. A splendid example of this popular first-year issue. NGC has certified only eight coins finer (7/08).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22YX, PCGS# 3664, GSID# 3617)
